Sunday Check in: 001

Happy Sunday!

Decided I wanted to do a Sunday check in where we talk about the good and bad that happened during the week!!

Daddy went back to work, so that was a bummer. The kids and I cried as we said our goodbyes, but it's definitely a shorter see you later this time around!

I actually got to see three of my besties this week! Which was honestly really nice! It was nice for me and the kids! The first one we went over to their house. The boys practiced some baseball and the girls played together! The next one just stopped by our house because I asked him to bring in my amazon packages lol. And the third one we planned a shopping hangout out. We went to the regular store, ate some food then got some groceries!

Soooo thankful for my friends that spend time with my kids and I! They are literally friends that have become family.

I also got a bunch of nail things!! After getting my nails done for my wedding it sparked the want to do my nails again! When I was younger, well in high school I did my nails like every 3 weeks. So this way I can do it myself and have another creative outlet! I hope to get pretty good at it, then I can do my friends nails while we have "wine and wax" nights!

I also started waking up earlier to get my exercise in and get back into my rountine! But for the past couple of days I've been slacking. We are definately getting back to it tomorrow morning!

On the flip side, the thing I have been struggling with is getting back into the routine of solo parenting. It was so nice to have my husband home to share the load with. And now the load feels a little heavy again. But nothing that I can't handle! I swear when he left the 10 loads of laundry and the sink full of dishes reappeared out of nowhere! LOL!

All in all, I'm thankful for all the week had to offer! I hope you have a great week ahead and I hope nothing but good vibes you way!
